Changes to Clinical System
The provider of our clinical system - EMIS Health, is changing certain technical aspects of the way in which it delivers services to us. YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE INFLUENZA VACCINATION, IF:
You have chronic respiratory disease
You have chronic heart disease
You have chronic kidney disease
You have chronic liver disease
You are diabetic
You have a weak immune system/Immunosuppression
You are over 65 years of age or are 65 prior to the following March
You have a history of stroke or TIA or Multiple Sclerosis or a disease of the central nervous system
You are Pregnant.
You have a BMI of 40+
Those who are in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the carer of an older, disabled or Immunosuppressed person whose welfare may be at risk if the carer falls ill.
Children aged two, three & four years, but not yet five by 1st September.
When you attend for your injection, you must tell the Practice Nurse prior to having your vaccination if you answer 'Yes' to any of the following questions:

Fressingfield: Wednesday mornings.This clinic is run by our nurses. You will receive a letter when your child's immunisations are due. Please make sure you bring your child’s Red Book and invitation when attending for all immunisations.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 4 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
