If you experience difficulties with your hospital appointment e.g. cancellations, re-arranged times etc. first of all contact the hospital appointments department, or the secretary of the consultant concerned. (You will find the telephone number of the Consultants at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital in the ordinary telephone directory.)
