*** FLU CLINICS 2020 *** We have now written to all patients that are eligible for the flu vaccination (those patients aged over 65 as at the 31/3/2021 and all those patients under 65 who have a medical condition who puts them at greater risk. If you are over 65 or under 65 in an at risk category and have not received your letter please contact us urgently. We are currently contacting parents/guardians of children that are eligible. Click here for further details for those patients aged 50-64 who weren't previously eligible for the flu vaccine. It is likely that vaccination for this new cohort will not commence until November. GP practices are being asked to focus on their work to get the most vulnerable groups in our community vaccinated first. We will update this message as soon as we have more information from the Government.

DUE TO WORKLOAD PRESSURES THE DISPENSARY AT FRESSINGFIELD WILL CLOSE BETWEEN 1PM AND 2PM EVERY DAY.  OUR CURRENT TIMESCALES FOR PROCESSING MEDICATIONS ARE 3 WORKING DAYS. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.

The provider of our clinical system - EMIS Health, is changing certain technical aspects of the way in which it delivers services to us. To register with our Practice your home address needs to be within our Practice Area, please see map below. We will not be participating in the scheme to accept patient registrations from patients who reside outside our practice boundaries, to register with our practice you must live within the practice area.
If you wish to register, please visit either surgery and talk to our receptionists who will provide you with the relevant forms.

It is useful to bring with you your up to date NHS medical card - this provides all the information we need to add you to our patient list apart from your new address and telephone number. As part of the registration process you are entitled to a new patient medical with our practice nurse, please speak to the Receptionist.
You will be registered with “the Practice”, and be assigned a "usual" GP.

 The partners are very keen on continuity of care during an episode of illness or ill health.
